By using Dirpush you agree to these terms. They’re written to be readable, and they apply to the website and any service we offer through it.

The service

Dirpush finds directories that may suit your product and, for approved customers, prepares and submits listings on your behalf. Right now Dirpush is an invite-only beta. The directory preview is free, and paid packages are not yet available.

What you promise

• The details you give us are accurate, and you have the right to submit your product and its name, text and images.
• Your product is lawful and not misleading, harmful or infringing.
• You’ll follow each directory’s own rules. We submit only the directories and details you approve.

Directories decide

Directories are independent and not affiliated with Dirpush. Each one sets its own rules and decides whether and when to publish. We don’t guarantee listings, traffic, backlinks, rankings or sales.

Accounts

You sign in with Google. We may refuse or suspend access to protect the service, other users or the directories we work with.

Payments and refunds

We’ll show you the price and exactly what’s included before you pay, and payments will go through Polar. We’ll publish refund and replacement terms here before we sell any package.

Acceptable use

Don’t abuse the service: no scraping, spam, attempts to break or overload it, or submitting products you don’t own or aren’t authorized to promote.

Availability and liability

We provide the service as is, and we may change or pause it. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.
